A no-nonsense
approach to improving small and large business results
|
If you are involved
in, or are considering an eBay-related business we need to talk. Whether you are
interested in opening a new stand-alone eBay operation, or multiple eBay Trading
Posts; or selling items on eBay from your existing bricks and mortar business
I'll provide a perspective and insight offered by few others.
Or, if you design
software and services intended for eBay sellers I can help you get the details
right.
Having spent time
working hands-on with more than one-hundred eBay PowerSellers, seeing many of
them succeed and some struggle, I know what it takes to sell successfully, and
can help you develop systems, techniques and best practices that will take your
business to the next level.

I particularly enjoy the role of "visionary," helping
companies exploit their strengths
using both proven, and evolving technology. For example, I recently coordinated
a client's integration of live television programming, streaming video, and
their e-commerce web sites; thereby contributing to
the firm's record-breaking income, profits, and subsequent acquisition by a
major television network.
In addition, I have participated the design of numerous successful high-tech hardware and software products, evaluated a variety of partnership and technology investment opportunities for potential investors and firms seeking high-tech alliances.
I've helped designed, then
overseen the successful installation of cost-effective computer systems, networks, procedures and custom software packages for
large law firms, travel wholesalers, real estate multiple listing services, and others.
These projects included oversight of the training of all levels of personnel.
Let's talk about ways we can work
together.
